These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.inlandindoors.com (the "Website") and any enquiry, estimate, project agreement or online payment made through it. The Website is operated by Inland Indoors ("Inland Indoors", "we", "us"), an interior design and execution company serving Mangaluru and Bengaluru, India. By browsing the Website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide interior design, planning, material selection, production, installation and handover services for homes and commercial spaces. Designs, layouts, 3D visuals, images and samples shown on the Website or shared during consultation are indicative; final finishes, colours and materials may vary slightly due to natural material, lighting, screen display or manufacturing tolerances.
2. Estimates and quotations
Estimates and quotations are valid for the period stated on them. The final project cost depends on the approved design, material and finish selections, and site conditions, and may change if the scope changes. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged extra unless stated as inclusive.
3. Project agreement and payments
A project is confirmed only once we have received a signed quotation or agreement and the advance specified in it. Further payments are due in stages as set out in your agreement or quotation. Online payments made through the Website are processed by a third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateway (ICICI Bank); we do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
4. Design approval and changes
Work proceeds on the basis of designs you approve. Changes requested after approval — especially after materials are ordered or production has begun — may affect cost and timeline, and will be communicated and agreed with you before they are carried out.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your requirements and site, timely access to the site, necessary approvals from your housing society or authorities, and timely payments. Delays or additional costs arising from restricted site access, incomplete civil work, or delayed approvals and payments may affect timelines and pricing.
6. Timelines
Timelines communicated at the time of booking are indicative and may vary depending on project scale, site readiness, material availability, and events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any material change.
7. Warranty and workmanship
Our work carries the warranty and defect-rectification terms stated in your quotation or agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration or repair, normal wear and tear, water ingress or structural issues not caused by our work, natural variations in wood and stone, or items and appliances supplied by third parties.
8. Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, 3D visuals, layouts and other design deliverables prepared by us remain our intellectual property until payment in full, and may not be copied, reproduced or used for another project without our written permission. All content on the Website — including text, images, logos and trademarks — belongs to us and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of a project is limited to the value of that project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform any obligation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamity, fire, strikes, government action or restriction, or supplier or logistics disruption.
11. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to or use third-party services such as maps, social media platforms and the payment gateway. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Website, or placing a new order after changes are posted, constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
